Condition

Pile ranges from 1/8th of an inch to low to knotheads. Light brown field oxidized to knotheads with areas also worn low to foundation. Minor scattered repiling. A 15in. by 18in. reweave in one end of field. Chemically washed to fade colors. Sides later overcast. Ends missing 1/2 in. outer end border now with a binding stitch fraying in areas, recommend securing. Scattered spots stains. Lustrous wool, soft palette, large scale design, particularly handsome border.
