Pile generally very good dense 1/8in. overall with small scattered areas of foldwear low to knot heads. a 2in. by 0.25in. diagonal repiled area in upper center of field. Scattered minor moth damage. 1.5in. by 1in. reweave in left side edge. Repiled moth damage in upper right corner. Partial lower end, now secured with binding stitch. Original upper kilim end folded under and sewn. Original selvages with some later overcasting. Velcro strip sewn on reverse on top. Unusual green band on upper edge of piece. Flexible handle, good overall condition and color. Colors: madder-red, rust, dark blue, medium blue, green, yellow, ivory, natural brown
