Condition

Pile is approximately 1/8th of an inch throughout. Upper and lower end borders and guard borders with scattered minor reweaves, restitching and repaired slits. Further minor scattered reweaves in field, not extensive. Carpet has been chemically washed to soften colors. Missing end and side outer guard stripes. Sides overcast, ends secured with blanket stitch and cloth band sewn on reverse. Flexible handle, lustrous wool, good pile, sound fabric and condition.
