Pile is generally low to knotheads throughout. Scattered repiled areas, mostly in field, the largest being approximately 2 inches by 5 inches, most visible in ivory ground. Further repiling to other colors. One approximately 3 inch by 5 inch reweave in center with some old tinting. Missing side and end guard stripes. Sides reselvaged. One approximately 8 inch vertical slit into lower left corner, now repaired. Some glue residue around repaired slit on reverse. One 1 inch by 2 inch reweave in lower end guard border. Ends secured with binding stitch. Supple handle, sound fabric and condition.

An unusual feature of this carpet is the absence of spandrels which allows the field design to expand and the bold serrated leaves to dominate over the small rosette medallion.
