signed at one end with the inscription "Marbadiah, Jerusalem"

Condition

Pile is approximately 1/10 of an inch throughout. Few visible scattered warp ties. Very few minor scattered spot stains. Original two-cord ivory selvages. Original flatwoven ends with losses to upper left corner guard stripe and lower right end guard stripe. Supple handle, good overall condition, will enhance with light cleaning and restoration to ends. Playful mosaic design.
