Condition
Pile is generally good, near original, approximately 1/8 of an inch throughout. Smaller rug has one approximately 1/2 inch by 1/2 inch and one 1/2 inch by 1 1/2 inch reweaves in lower end border. Scattered spot stains. Larger rug is slightly darker in color, also with scattered minor spot stains. Sides original, both with flatwoven end finishes at upper end. Lower ends secured with chain stitch. Supple handle, innovative design.
