la boite circulaire et bombée à décor grisaille, blanc et rouge sur fond turquoise d'un dragon rouge en vol au milieu de fleurs sur le couvercle et un dragon brun autour de la base, marque Guangxu à six caractères; ensemble avec une figure en blanc de Chine de Putai assis et un démon debout sur la tête d'un poisson dragon
Condition
The box generally in good condition. There is an 8 x 6 mm chip to the interior of the cover rim and another two smaller ones. There is a small chip to the footrim (6 x 4 mm). Light pitting and firing impurities to the turquoise enamel. The budai figure is generally in good condition with the exception of a 3.5 mm firing crack to the left arm. Another firing crack 20 mm to his back and to the intorior beneath. A few iron spots and pinholes to the glaze. The Kui Xing figure with a restoration to the scarf above the figure head, a small firing crack to the scarf to the back area beside his left foot, another to the fishe's tail, otherwise in good condition.
