Good condition ; there is a firing crack across the fingers of the right hand (visible on the photo) ; some slight old wear to the black enamels, the gilding in the hairs and the blue enamel on the reverse.

The present bottle belongs originally to a pair. The other, damaged and restored, is now in private hands and was sold at Drouot, Pierre Bergé, 25 May 2004, lot 56. The present lot, in good condition, is probably an early model from the end of the eighteen century.
