rectangulaire avec un couvercle bombé, les panneaux décorés en laque iroe takamakie et togidashi sur un fond roiro, le dessus avec Hotei traversant un pont sur sa mule en direction d'un saule pleureur, deux enfants au loin, les côtés de shishi dans un jardin, une frise formelle sur les contours aux angles, le coffre avec deux anses et une serrure ouvragée 

Condition

Some rubbing to the gilded parts, expected light scratches, three dents to the lacquer on the rim above the locker (2, 6 and 15mm), some wear and dents to the corners of the base and wear beneath, but otherwise the chest is in good condition. The lock with missing peg, now replaced with a screw ; the inside with patches of restoration to the roiro ground by the hinges and some light scratches to the surface inside, but overall good.
