comprenant deux tsubas, un kozuka, une paire de menuki et une plaque ornementale en iroe takazogan, une boite octogonale, un kagamibuta en katakiribori et ivoire, et un netsuke de carpe signé Masanao dans un cartouche ovale

Condition

The mokko tsuba with horses with some wear to the takazogan inlays, small piting and a shallow dent 5x2mm to the reverse, the iron somewhat dry ; the second tsuba with some wear and rubbing to the inlays, the reverse with some pitting and a few minor traces of old rust ; both otherwise in good condition. The inlaid plaque, the kozuka and menuki with old surface dirt and wear but generally in good condition. The kagamibuta ivory case with five age cracks around the rim, the one on the top in the middle extending beneath, the ivory bearing otherwise a good patina, an old label "63" glued to the center of the metal (visible on the photo) ; the netsuke with a 2,5 cm age hairline crack across the fin and body, otherwise in good condition.
