woven with assorted silk threads on a cream ground, with metal threads filling the cores of the foliage, a repeating pattern of foliate spray motif with large lillies, stylized flowers and leaves stemming from blossoming branches with miniature tulips and flowerheads, each band framed by three woven narrow horizontal linen strips

Overall in good condition, very minor loss of threading, composed of five sections from a bed valance pieced and joined, mounted on board, as viewed
