Description
the frit body of baluster form with a compressed globular base resting on a short foot, the narrow tapering ribbed neck joined to a wide flaring fluted mouth of tulip form, decorated in turquoise glaze with a moulded calligraphic design on the curving shoulder
Condition
Minor losses and nibbles along the rim and shoulder. Loss of glaze to the base. Light abrasions and losses to glazed surface throughout. Minor loss of cobalt-blue adornment. Light craquelure throughout. As viewed.
