Description

the shallow brass form with incised central rings and bands of benedictory Kufic inscriptions, the second incised bands comprising hare motifs, the palmette decoration across rim of scales with abstract patterns, three restored clasps on each scale.

Condition

overall good condition. the brass on both scales suffer from patination, as viewed.
