Description

of deep rounded form, decorated in underglaze cobalt blue, faded viridian green and relief red, outlined in black, with a deer and a hare surrounded by rounded motifs, the rim with wave-like patterns and spirals, the reverse with alternating petal and foliate adornments

Condition

Minor losses and nibbles along the rim. Light chipping, paint-loss and abrasions to glazed surface throughout. Minor cracks and paint-loss to reverse. Two small perforations to the base probably used for hanging. As viewed.
