Description

  • signed by Amin
of deep rounded form with a slightly everted rim supported on a narrow splayed foot, the exterior engraved with cypress trees flanked by seated courtly figures alternating with panels of spiralling split-palmettes, bordered by narrow bands of scrolling floral vine, pendant palmette arcade below and calligraphy against a foliate scroll ground above

Condition

in good overall condition, pitting and patination consistent with age, minor surface abrasions, as viewed.
