Condition
Canvas is lined. SURFACE: in good condition, generally; compressed craquelure; relining has compressed surface, but retention of pigment, details and colors is excellent UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: figures and table with contents appear clean; there appear to be a few spots of inpainting in darks of upper half of picture--in the space between the two seated figures--hard to see because of old varnish and dark pigments
