Condition

in fairly good condition; scattered tears, mostly in upper half of work (in all cases, edges of tears are attached to board and they're stable)--a few vertical tears along upper edge--largest about 6 1/2 in. long--a 3 1/2 in. diagonal tear at upper part of right edge; a diagonal tear at lower right edge, near l.r. corner; the rest are generally smaller--a number of "web-like" series of tears scattered around the large, general center area of image; a few scattered losses
