SURFACE: in generally good condition; cracquelure/cupping throughout the cloud cover in sky (pervades the darker blue of sky, too--not as much of it there) UNDER ULTRA VIOLET: a few scattered dots/dashes of inpaint in the sky at left and center--several areas where pigments still fluoresces, but this does not appear to be restoration; interested parties are welcome to invite their restorers to examine work further
