including a pair of boomerangs, Queensland, of plano-convex section tapering to clipped ends, the upper surfaces decorated with engraved traditional motifs, and with fine, linear striations on the reverse; a throwing boomerang, West Kimberley/Dampierland Peninsula, of plano-convex section, both surfaces replete with fine adze markings; a throwing boomerang, Western Australia, with kinked throwing arm, together with two returning boomerangs, south east Australia, the more acutely curved example engraved with bands of rectangular and semi-circular motifs to the upper surface and the other of gentle curvature and undecorated, old glossy patina

All of the boomerangs appear in good condition and have some minor damage to a few of the edges from use, which are evident in the online illustration.
