Tirage argentique d'époque. Signé et daté Man Ray Paris 1922 au crayon dans la marge en bas à droite sous l'image. Au verso, dédicace Aux Peignot Drieu la Rochelle à l'encre brune. 240 x 180 mm. Monté sous passe-partout et encadré, (verre anti UV « TruGuard »).

Condition
En très bel état général. Surface matte. Un pli d'environ 6 cm au milieu de l'image. Au bord droit vers le milieu, deux petites manques dans la couche de gélatine retouchés. Un minisculte trait de crayon rouge dans la partie haute vers la gauche.

Catalogue Note
Charles et Suzanne Peignot (voir lot n° 65) étaient très proches de Drieu qui passait souvent ses vacances chez eux (voir lot n° 66). C'est très probablement lui qui amena Emmanuel d'Astier devant l'objectif de Man Ray (voir lot n° 217).
