  • Stationery box: 20cm. high, 30cm. wide, 15cm. deep; 8in., 1ft., 6in., Tray: 24cm. wide; 9½in., Inkwell: 12cm. diam.; 4¾in., Box: 5cm. wide; 2in., Blotter: 31cm. by 23cm.; 1ft. ¼in., 9in., Clock: 12cm. high; 4¾in.
inlaid in neo-classical style comprising a stationery box with leather sides and back and a watered silk lined interior,  an oval tray, an inkwell of capstan design, a small box with a glass liner, a blotter and a silver plated watch in a hinged case 

Condition

Generally in good condition. Some minor losses to silver mount on the lid along the top edge. The tortoiseshell is cracked along the front edge. The leather is rather scuffed and worn on the backs of all pieces. The interior of the blotter is rather worn. The silver is tarnished. Minor old marks and scratches consistent with age and use.
