Description

  • 15.5cm. high, 12cm. wide; 6in., 4¾in.
within an oval beaded border and carved flowerheads to the angles and a rectangular beaded frame; the reverse with a recent label numbered 139

Condition

Overall the condition of the carving is very good. There is some minor wear and dirt consistent with age. There is a break in the oval chain of beads framing the oval. There are minor splits to the sheet of wood over and under the oval mount. Several beads on the frame are lost.
