Overall good restored condition; the first with chips and losses to the gilding of the gold balls of the chain and with a number of gilt balls loose to the left chain, but present, break to the right chain; possible restorations to tips of acanthus carved leaves beneath the supporting the candlearms; cracks to the gesso of the candlearms; chips to the gilding especially of extremities; the other with age cracks to the acanthus carved leaves beneath the candle arms; cracks to the gesso of the candlearms; chips and losses to the gilding and gesso in places.
