Overall good restored condition; re-gilt; old repaired breaks to cresting with repaired breaks to tips of foliate leaves; oval frame showing lines of construction; right side scrolls with some old repaired beaks; bottom right corner with chip to gilding showing gesso (see photo); repaired break to apron with a chip to tip of C-scroll and to tip of center cabochon (see photo); old repaired break to lower left corner edge with some old glue; color of gilding slightly darker than in the catalogue illustration; very small chips to gilding and gesso; mirror plate with minor pitting to silvering.
