Restorations and replacements.

Condition

The cresting with replacements to the carving especially to the right and left corners; the palm fronds appear to be replaced; replacements to the scrolling acanthus to the central part of the cresting and to the apron; chips and wear throughout; traces of later gilding to the back; overall with areas of old worm to the back throughout; possibly original japanned, mirror glass replaced.
