the domed bases cast with demi lions flanking cartouches engraved with crests, mottos and coats of arms surrounded by trailing flowers on a matted scalework ground, the conforming baluster stems and leafy scroll branches with flower-chased sconces and detachable nozzles, bases with pricked initials E.W.D.

The arms are those of Leslie, probably for Leslie of Glasslough, Co. Monaghan.
