Overall fair restored condition; the caning very dry and with some minor breaks; redecorated; two ball toes are brass and painted with gold paint, the other two are wood painted with gold paint; one flower-head boss to the end of one leg with a large chip and made up of plaster rather than metal; overall with scratches, scuffs and small chips to the paint.
