Repairs and replacements.

Condition

Overall good restored condition; seat rails replaced for caning; re-caned; the first with old repaired cracks to tops of front left leg and to back legs; two battens to the underside of the stretchers at joins, some plugs to undersides of stretchers; the second with old repaired breaks to cresting rail ant tops of stiles and with some small losses to the inlay, repairs to stretchers; the third with age cracks to cresting rail; the fourth chair with plugged repair to top of left stile; back left foot spliced; plugs to undersides of stretchers; overall each with areas of old worm; later finish throughout; old marks, scratches, scuffs, bruises, chips and nicks consistent with age and use.
