Condition

Overall in good condition with the usual minor scratches, dents and nicks to veneers and carcass consistent with age and use. All gilt-bronze mounts have been unmounted, cleaned and remounted with nails. There are traces of veneer restoration to the lefthand side rounded front corner and some minor losses to veneer to the right hand side top corner edge. The original marble with the usual chips to edges and scratches to surface consistent with age; two bigger chips to the back left hand edge and front left edge. Each leg mounted with acanthus cast gilt bronze corner protections, 10 are unmounted but available in a bag.
