Condition
As visible in the catalogue illustration, there is extensive wear to green patina at back, back leg and end of tail of the lion consistent with touching. The front edge of the bronze composition base also with extensive wear now showing the bronze color throughout also consistent with touching. Set on an ebonized backplate with the usual scratches, dents and nicks to edges and surface consistent with age and use.
