Condition
The panel is cradled and bowing (concave) at the upper and lower edges. There are scattered areas of retouching visible under ultraviolet light. Apart from some wear to the pigment and panel at the extreme edges and notably at the corners of the panel, and two hairline cracks emanating from the centre of the upper edge, this work is in good condition, with rich colours and a strong surface.
