Condition
The canvas has been re-lined. There are scattered areas of retouching visible under ultraviolet light, notably to an area of repair at the centre, and to the centre of the extreme upper and lower edges. There is some frame rubbing and pinhead-sized flecks of loss along the extreme lower edge, and scattered areas of fine craquelure. Held in an ornate, gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame with a name plate.
