Condition

Original canvas. There are a few very minor spots of retouching, notably to the inner brim of the figure's hat. Apart from scattered spots of craquelure, notably to the background, this work is in very good condition, with bright, fresh colours and a clean surface, and ready to hang. Held in a decorative, gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
