Condition
Original canvas. There are scattered spots of retouching visible under ultraviolet light, notably at the upper left and right corners. Apart from stretcher marks to the edges, some flecks of paint loss near the child's head and light frame rubbing to the lower and right extreme edges, this work is in good condition, with bright, fresh colours and fine detail.
