Condition
Overall the condition of the bronze is very good. There is wear and some minor dirt to the surface consistent with age. There are several areas of greening to the crevices. The group was cast in sections, joints are slightly visible at the proper left shoulder of the mother and the proper left shoulder of the child on the right side of the group. There are minor chips to the edges of the translucent mottled green marble base.
