Condition
From a first hand inspection there are losses along the edges. there is a rip (cm 1.5 circa) with losses in the lower right hand corner (also visible in the picture in the catalogue). There are two mall losses with wider retouches on the standing man's sleeve and on the wall behind him; on the colums top right, among the man's leg in foreground, along the lower edge, on the gravestone and around it.
The ultra violet light reveals fluorescent varnish homogeneously spread over the surface that filled in the craquelures.
It is suggested a careful cleansing.
