Work on original canvas.
From a first hand inspection the varnish looks yellowish due to natural aging mainly over the sky. there is a loss in the lower right hand corner.
The ultra violet light reveals strong fluorescent varnish dishomogeneously spread over the surface, thicker along the edges.
It si suggested a careful cleansing.
The overall condition as to the state of preservation is very good.
