with a domed molded case surmounted by a brass carrying handle, the three train movement with a silvered dial signed John Lloyd / LONDON with a date aperture and a subsidiary dial above engraved STRIKE and SILENT, and with gilt metal foliate spandrels, and raised on brass ogee bracket feet, the back plate engraved with a basket of flowers and foliate scrolls, the musical movement playing on eight bells at each quarter, and with a pull repeat, the case marked in red.

Case in good condition with some rubbing at the extremities and old age cracks to domed top. Movement appears to be in good order, bur we have not had it running and are unable to guarantee that it is actually in working condition – We would suggest that it be checked out by a competent clock repairer before purchase.
