the rectangular figured folding tops with inset rounded corners and with satinwood banding and line inlays with similarly banded edges with stringing, opening to a baize-lined playing surface, the conforming frame veneered with figured mahogany, the lower edge similarly banded and with stringing, on square tapered legs with inlaid stringing and supported on spade toes.

Overall restored condition, the first with age crack to center of top and with small stress crack to top over lines of construction, later bracket to front right leg with old glue, inpainted age crack to curved right and left corner of frieze, the second with some age crack to the top and with small stress crack over lines of construction, some staining and large patches to veneer, inpainted age cracks to rounded corners of frieze, back legs with slight separation at joins with back rail supports, some later blocks and old glue repairs to joins, the underside with white painted number 272/56911, overall each with some minor chips and patches to veneer and to bandings, some old marks, scratches, scuffs and bruises.
