Description

  • height 29 in.; width 36 in.; depth 18 in.; depth open 35 1/2 in.
  • 73.7 cm; 91.4 cm; 45.7 cm; 90.2 cm
each with a D-shaped hinged top with cross banding and double line inlay and with boxwood lined edges, the interiors lined with baize, the cross banded conforming friezes with ebony and boxwood outlined oval panels, supported on square tapered legs with boxwood lined edges and tapered toes with square collars.

Condition

The first with repaired break to top of front left leg at join with frieze, the second with repaired break to top of left leg at frieze and with old repaired separation to front right leg from frieze with repaired break and subsequent cracks to veneer, each with chips and patches to the veneers overall, later metal L brackets to backside of frieze flanking legs, some old worm to back rail supports, later baize-lined tops, wear to feet, overall with old marks, scratches, scuffs and bruises.
