Condition
Original canvas. There is scattered retouching visible under ultraviolet light, mainly to the upper right and left corners and a vertical band to the upper edge of the work. Apart from some abrasion and paint loss to the corners and right edge of the work, a few pinhole losses to the canvas at the upper and lower right corners and some fine scattered craquelure overall, the work is in good condition and would improve with a light professional cleaning. Held in a decorative, black and gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
