Condition
The canvas has been relined. There are scattered spots of retouching visible under ultraviolet light, notably to the right of the extreme upper edge, right edge and scattered spots to the sky. Apart from some fine craquelure notably to the sky, this work is in good condition and ready to hang. Held in a decorative, gold-painted moulded plaster and wood frame.
