Condition
Original canvas. There are some very minor spots of heightening visible under ultraviolet light to the trees and the figure's dress. Apart from some areas of craquelure to the surface, and a few pinhead-sized flecks of paint loss mainly to the periphery of the work, the work is in good condition and ready to hang. Held in a decorative gold and black-painted moulded plaster and wood frame, incised with floral motifs.
