[8], 202, [3], 204-522, separate title-page to part two, title-pages printed in red and black, illustration: woodcut printer's device on both title-pages, woodcut initials, manuscript marginalia, binding: seventeenth-century calf, gilt single fillet and dog-tooth border, spine gilt in compartments, title-page cut out and mounted with considerable loss of text and printer's device, a1 remargined, staining to first few leaves of both parts, spotting to a few leaves, wormhole through final leaves affecting a letter on each page, a few closed tears
