4to (195 x 148mm.), 113, [1], 14pp., first three pages printed in red and black, illustration: woodcut headpieces, each page within a typographic border, manuscript transliteration of title-page and Latin translation on inserted sheets, binding: eighteenth-century calf, gilt stamp to centre of upper cover, upper cover blind-ruled and silver tooled, lower cover blind tooled and ruled with silver corner fleurons and centrepiece, flat spine, a few pages browned, binding slighly wormed and gouged, lacking ties
