[32], 373 (i.e. 363), [1], illustration: woodcut headpieces and initials printed in red on A1 and in black elsewhere, woodcut printer's device on final verso (otherwise blank), binding: nineteenth-century green roan by Hatton of Manchester, Macclesfield arms gilt on upper cover, gilt edges, small holes on title-page from embossed stamp (not affecting text), marginal paper repair at foot of E8 and GG8, spine faded
