with a pierced cartouche-shaped backrest and pierced baluster spat, the serpentine armrests on scrolled supports above a drop-in seat, raised on cabriole legs and claw and ball feet.

A fine armchair in excellent overall condition with minor old repair to one arm. General evidence of wear consistent with age and use; minor trace of old worm.
