Condition

The sides are in better state. The corners have some wood nibbling and dents and are touched up or varnished. All the metal pieces are original except for the lower hinges on the lid to the back. Overall condition is consistent with its age. The lid has old dents especially on top of the lid, majority of brown lacquer is lost and the surface is protected by varnish.
