- A LARGE CHARLES II SILVER PEG TANKARD, MAKER IC, MULLET BELOW IN SHIELD, LONDON, 1681
- 1265gms, 15cm high
of tapered cylindrical form, the lower body embossed with acanthus and laurel leaf with a chased continuous leaf band to waist and garland to flat dome cover, applied lion couchant thumbpiece and scroll handle

marks to cover and base conform with some rubbing to the marks more so on body; some rippling to body and cover; some surface scratching and pattina; wear is consistent with age; possibly the pegs have been applied in the 19th century; punch marks are eligible
