the leather upholstered canopy, fitted on all four sides with ormolu-finials, the body with opening on the sides, the front with a door, each opening fitted with an adjustible glass plate; the sides with handle bars; the interior fitted in blue-green velvet, with a reversed intertwined E and B surmounted by a marquis coronet.

Condition

The oil gilding is a later replacement, with minor chips to the edges. Minor marks, scratches and holes to the leather. Craquelure to the back, sides and front. General minor chips to the painted wooden surfaces. Small hole to the leather of the door. Minor marks and surface dirt generally, including the small ormolu mounts.
